Government War Games & Exercises - 2020 Election

Founded by Rosa Brooks and Nils Gilman in 2019, the Transition Integrity Project (TIP) was created to war-game election scenarios and anticipate the responses from the Trump campaign and the public. They refer to themselves as a “bipartisan project” formed to “prevent Trump from stealing the election”. In reality their purpose has been manufacturing narratives, coordinating media messaging, and providing cover for their own direct involvement in election rigging.

The TIP consists of over 100 people from the US government, political campaigns, media, and private organizations. Many of its participants are members of the globalist Berggruen Institute, George Soros' Open Society Institute and Open Society Foundation, and the Trilateral Commission. They're also directly involved with both Dominion and Smartmatic, the companies responsible for wide-spread voter fraud across multiple states.

Working with their co-conspirators in the media, the TIP promoted mail-in ballots and released articles and “studies” to “disprove” the existence of voter fraud. They perpetuated the idea that the “norm” of “election night” was dangerous and outdated and conditioned people to accept an election that stretched on to inauguration day. The TIP worked with the data analytics firm Hawkfish to promote the “red mirage”; where on election night it would look like a decisive Trump win and only in the week afterwards, when all the mail-in ballots were counted, would Biden emerge as the “clear winner”.

The TIP is working with Big Tech and the media to promote the TIP's messaging while censoring anything that exposes their machinations or contradicts their own dishonest positions. They've consistently opposed the electoral college, portraying it as “anti-democratic” with built-in biases meant to disenfranchise voters. Journalists participating in the TIP propped up that assertion with a number of high-profile articles. Selected journalists have also worked to create a narrative wherein Trump legitimately contesting the election amounts to a “coup”, all while carrying out their own hijacking of the process and the office of the presidency.

The TIP is the center point of the election gaslighting that's taking place. This isn't surprising given the project's members belong to organizations which are responsible for color revolutions around the world. The TIP is openly utilizing known color revolution tactics and has a number of color revolution “thought leaders” directing its activities.

The Berggruen Institute works to oppose “the anti-globalization backlash that brought nationalist and populist movements to power in major countries”. The Institute's 21st Century Council has close ties to the Chinese Communist Party, including multiple CCP advisors and officials. The Transition Integrity Project is also working with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, the Lincoln Project (NeverTrump), Hawkfish, and Newco Strategies, which was employed by the Kamala Harris presidential campaign.

George Soros' Open Society Institute and Open Society Foundation are both intimately involved in the Transition Integrity Project. This has caused concern given these organizations’ histories of playing critical roles in fomenting color revolutions. On December 5th the president of Smartmatic, Lord Malloch Brown, was appointed president of Open Society Foundation. This is noteworthy because of Smartmatic's partnership with Dominion and their primary role in the 2020 election fraud.

The Transition Integrity Project receives funding from the Protect Democracy Project, founded by Ian Bassin, President Obama’s Deputy Associate Counsel in 2017. The PDP consists of 21 high-level executive branch officials who served in the Obama White House Counsel’s Office and DOJ. Ian Bassin is also close friends with Hunter Biden. The Protect Democracy Project is also affiliated with The Moscow Project, which was central in promoting the “Russian collusion” mythos.

Norm Eisen (drafted 10 articles of impeachment against President Trump before the Ukraine impeachment, served as special counsel litigating the Ukraine impeachment for the Democratic Party, co-author of THE DEMOCRACY PLAYBOOK which is widely considered the manual for color revolutions)
